Chigwell House, Essex

We designed and project managed the new build luxury home for a family in Chigwell. The project included the demolition of the existing bungalow which was replaced with a three storey house. The front gable walls are built in brick and large windows punched through the facade to bring in natural light and ventilation. The ground floor consists of a large open plan kitchen and living space along with spa facilities. The rear garden has been designed wth different levels to accommodate a range of different activities and spaces.
