We have redeveloped an existing school site which has been abandoned for more than a decade. The site is located on a hill with a level difference of approximately 10 metres. There is a public footpath that cuts through the site which was required to be maintained. The five storey building consists of different size apartments with its own amenity space and shared roof terraces. Smaller individual family houses are locate to the rear.
